13BVET
Now, I only ask, because while rummaging through fishing equipment, I've found full containers of lead split shots, and sinkers below the 0.5 oz. weight. I'm well aware that the sale of sinkers in these sizes, was banned in 2004. I have been using the non-lead split shots, and, quite frankly, I hate them. Just wondering if anyone knows the rules pertaining to using these sinkers. I couldn't find anything on the DEC site, that was specific on use, just on selling. Uptown Redneck
When conditions call for them I still use lead split shots
landtracdeerhunter
I use old nuts, 5/16 and 3/8 " mostly. They work very well and can be picked up on garage sales for a dime a dozen. I don't get excited if I loose them on snags anymore.
