I believe that's the current education level of most Politicians !

No idea why it's only 4th graders. Maybe that's the age when they are more apt to get into the outdoors before they get a cell phone and Tweet all day about how many times they changed their socks.

Oh I agree with that. It should be for any student who wants to get into the outdoors.

I agree for the most part grampy, but I like the being a student part. If you are in school you get the benefits, if you dropped out sorry about your luck.
