They prefer that rabies vectors be put down. Even with my NWCO license, I can't release onto public land. Hell, they even make it difficult for me to transport to another county or release onto private land. Neighbor said he'd give me a beer for everyone I catch as they get into their garbage all the time. I wait til he sees him , goes to work and then I pop open the door. lol.
