I was wonder how these were given out.   Hitler and stalin both won this award.   Lol.  So I would err on the side of caution on who they nominate.  Not saying Trump doesn't deserve it but some of the choices have been questionable at best.

This stupid award goes to any person that has had the most significant effect, good or bad, on the world in the past year.  Time shows it's bias against Trump with the label below him calling the US the "Divided States of America".  

We have been divided ever since Obama's first term was even over, so making it sound like Trump is the reason we are divided is just yellow journalism, which is what Time mostly practices.
