philoshop
What good are public lands if we lose the sovereignty of the whole country in order to save those lands? The Union of Socialist America isn't going to let you on those lands while they drill, dig, and log them for profit.

philoshop
What is Trump's stated position regarding this matter? Your response is confusing.
Trial153
Your way off base. Zinke is endorsed by both BHA and Theodore Roosevelt partnership foundation. Except for MEad you'd couldn't get a better choice for Secretary of the interior. Zinke has been anti state transfer since the start.

Trial153
And for opening public lands for drillingAgain your ignorance in the matter is limitless. State transfer will equal unlimited drilling and wholesale sale of public lands as the lands can not fund be managed by the states. They have already sold off the majority in their control. Read up on the topic. Zinke is endorsed and been lobby for almost all the anti transfer pro public access. This is a huge win for sportsmen.

Trial153
I mean the guy has been endorsed and lobbied for by the two biggest public land advocacy groups we have. The Theodore Roosevelt partnership foundation and backcountry hunters and anglers. Except for Governor Mead we probably couldn't hope for a more pro public land access republican to be nominated for the secretary of the interior.
