DEC Formulating Their "5 Year Deer Management Plan"

Any increase in the #of officers would be a plus..its a department that is seriously understaffed...i guess that is kinda funny...like havin 2 cops for all of nyc..

Howdo you suppose a restriction program would hold up in the same idea..

Guess thats why so far its a pilot program at most..possibly... they dont even know...

I'm sure that we'll find that the 5-year plan will be much like the last 40 year plan.. without any significant changes.

A DEC 5-year plan ....... Now there is something that would be fun to read. Given the current financial climate and that of the forseeable future, I have to wonder just how they are able to plan anything? Well, I guess you can plan all you want ..... It's incorporating that plan that might be a bit tough to do ... lol.
