they get a medal for every year they manage to not get executed under his command by upsetting him, even if due to the weather.  that's no joke and a huge accomplishment!  i mean i wouldn't be surprised if at least one of those generals saved the whole country from mass persecution and "cleansing".  if at least one of those men didn't draw his bath and make sure the rubber duckies were in there, i don't want to think what terrible things could happen.
