chas0218
Looking at the temps tomorrow it might be a very good day to be in the woods. Going from raining and 40* real feel to 19* real feel and partly cloudy Tuesday morning I am thinking the deer will be up and moving. Not to mention it seems like there is more chasing the last couple days than all season. Decisions, decisions....

Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk I don't think so, there always is a late rut period, in my experience.... I shot a 4.5-5.5 year old buck on November 26, he came in downwind of my Tink's setup... not to mention pressure will be down as most hunters are out of the woods by this time of the year

chas0218
I don't usually put it out until later in the season. During the rut it is almost useless being that the mature bucks are already locked up on that early doe. Also it will spook other doe that are not "hot" yet. In my experience using it during the rut brings in younger bucks 1.5 year olds and 2.5 year olds at best.

Used it the other day and saw a bunch of doe. They were very relaxed also. Laid down right next to me. Came and went without looking skittish. Just my experience. I say use it.
