Just got back from my honeymoon in Australia and put together a video of some of the fishing we did on the Great Barrier Reef.

We kept one of the Coral Trout.  UNREAL eating man. I didn't have much to work with, so grilled it up whole with some salt, pepper and lime/lemon.   When I was done cooking it the jaw just peeled right off, which I thought was badass!  Brought it home and dried it out for my trophy room shelf
