So, we are out doing our usual Sunday shopping, figured I would grab my turkey permits ( didn't work out so well, after a 20 minute wait for someone to show up, dude says he doesn't have access to the computer for licenses ). I get to the sporting goods area, and they now have racks for selling guns up. They are empty at this point, but appears they will be stocking them in the future. Was also completely shocked to see .22LR ammo on the shelves. I was going to buy a couple boxes, but the tag issue just irritated me and we left.

Yep! I was just hoping to save some time. I may go back later in the week for the ammo, MAYBE!

As for my tags, just going to go into Ravena to the Town Clerks office tomorrow and get them.

Went to get my license there two years ago and even though I own less than the required 50 acres the guy asked me if I wanted the Landowner Tag as well as the rest of my tags !   Should I have said yes ?

They still don’t have guns in yet? Those cases have been up for months now. They have had lots of .22 ammo since last summer. What you see in the glass case isn’t all they have either. Last time I went the lady pulled out a bunch of different .22 ammo from under the counter. Me and a buddy bought a bunch that day. I try to avoid going there if I can.

Glad to hear that other wal-marts are held to the same customer service level as the ones around me.
