So Coyotes killed a small fawn night before its half gone near two of my better deer stands is it worth sitting them or should I hunt else where? Its close 50 yards away

wont bother the deer.  you may get a shot on a yote

On two occasions I have shot coyotes at first light and taken bucks from the same stand later the same morning.

If you have a concentration of coyotes in the area the deer will move out for a few days. Because you have half a small deer left I have to believe that you have a limited yote population feeding at that location. A large pack of yotes can clean up a small deer in a day or less. Then again, you may have multiple gut piles in your greater area, so the yotes are probably fat and happy.

Coyotes and deer are a bit more kosher than most people think a lot of the time. A deer will tolerate more coyote scent than human scent from what I've seen. Ive shot deer right next to a day old guy pile and I've shot coyotes and deer on the same sit and neither one payed attention to the other. You'll be fine, go hunt it.

I've hung a trailcam on a gut pile before, hoping to get Bear and Coyote pics. A large amount of pics are deer being curious and checking out the spot.
