tj1187
The acorn crop looks pretty good here on Eastern Long Island . How does the rest of the state look?
wdswtr
Bumper crop last year here. Looking okay so far but hard to see whats in the trees yet with all the leaves. Hopefully the white oaks are loaded. The apples here on my place have completely dropped off the trees already and it was a huge crop but not alot of mass to them. Bummed out cause they will be gone come opening bow.
G-Man
good soft mast here (region 9) but hard mast took a hit in the drought. acorns, and hickory were dropping due to lack of rain. the few american chestnuts i have are looking like they will have a decent crop, but the game gets after them fast and usually get em cleaned up before bow season starts..(man i hope they open bow oct 1 next year)

WNYBuckHunter
Beech, Hickory are looking good here, oaks are as well, but nowhere near as good as last year. I havent checked the apples at my dads or on the farm here yet.
