It's OK, Paula...I'll be a GOOD boy.....

I had candied smoked sockeye salmon in Dillingham Alaska, in 1999, and it was  wonderful....The people who owned the air charter service that I hunted with also commercially fished for salmon in the summer....It was no doubt the best smoked salmon I have ever eaten..
