burmjohn
It was well worth it to get the guy to spread it... That thing holds 5 tons! crazy eh?
NYBowhunter
Thats real crazy, that spreader sure holds alot. I have a stream that runs through my property that makes getting a spreader of that magnitude to my plots almost impossible. We had to load 3000lbs of pelletized lime using a pull behind trailer with quad and haul it over our bridge to the two plots had to make like 10 trips and then spread by using a shovel. But you know what, I would not change a thing because I love having a stream that runs the entire span of my property. Deer and many critters use the stream, there are small fish, and it flows year round even in the dead of summer, in the spring the water really moves. It was well worth it to get the guy to spread it... That thing holds 5 tons! crazy eh?
Geno C
thats funny, how high is that camera?? do you have a water source near by? that food plot and a small watering hole would really change your neck of the woods... looks good tho
burmjohn
It was on a little hill, we moved it now though. It was about 15 feet high. There is a spring about 100 yards away too, it flows a little slow in the summer though.
