i have a Boker folder and for whatever reason i can't get an edge on it to save my life.  i'm wondering if it's legit or maybe a crap blade steel.

Some of the old Tree Brand knives (German made) were really good, I have a couple. However, most of what I've heard is that most Boker knives today are crap. I think they've moved some production to China and South America (which it looks like is what this knife is). I will say, I'm a sucker for a stag handle, but if the blade is junk...
