I usually just use google earth or bing maps. You might try mytopo.com. As a nahc member your supposed to get a 10% discount. Don't know if they do the island or not.

I have to try Bing I just like sending my gps tracks and waypoints to Google earth and storing them.

I have an Android phone. Use a app called my tracks (mad by google) records my tracks and stand locations then I upload them to Google maps.
