moog5050
Anyone have a clue? Filled in my brassica plot. Already frost seeded clover but not sure it will not overtake whatever this is.
G-Man
Looks like wild mustard, will crowd out everything.2-4 db will kill it and leave you clover Edited May 3, 2020 by G-Man
moog5050
Turns out it’s winter cress which is in the mustard family I believe. Going to cut and maybe hit with glyso.

Why gly, 2-4 db will leave all the clover you frost seeded..? Or is it you just have gly?

Or is it you just have gly? clover has not come in yet and I only have gly. I believe gly only kills when plants are actively growing so if I hit it now before clover starts, I should be ok, no? I guess clover only starts growing when soil stays at 60 degrees or more for some period - we have only had a few days since seeding that hit that and last week, there was still no growth. As long as clover hasnt germinated then yes gly will work

Got there today and there was some areas that just germinated. Hit the whole plot anyways. It was so full with winter cress that I am hoping it kills that and only kills early germination of the clover and more still comes in. I did hammer it with seed in March. But f no clover comes in I will plant some winter what in sept.
