Now They're Rioting In Rochester!

This is what causes good police departments to stop doing their jobs.  That's when crime starts to rise and the residents start to suffer.  How can you expect police to do their job when they get charged with a crime for doing it?

P.S.  You know that old man is coming back with a lawsuit that will stick the residents with a multi million dollar bill too.
