The article states “the US looks to rebuild its strained credibility”.  Here we go for the next four years “its Trumps fault” just like we heard for eight years under Obama with “its Bush’s fault”. 

China did want Biden to win and this will be a big win for China.  China is one of the world’s greatest polluters and Biden will do nothing.  Was there “Chinese Collusion” during the election to help Biden win and now we need to impeach Biden just like Trump over “Russian Collusion”?  Maybe Robert Muller needs to not make plans to leave town!

exactly !!    or if its such a problem why not just  make something that takes it out of the air ?  probably much easer  then trying to stop people from driving cars or using any other gas, coal ,oil product .
