Another great Court decision in favor of 2nd Amend Right to Carry

Maryland requires permit applicants to demonstrate good and substantial reason to carry a gun such as a precaution against apprehended danger. A Federal Judge declared that portion of the restrictions unconstitutional. Maybe if enough states do the same thing, New York may follow . . .

NY wont ever follow. The Assault weapons ban expired years ago and NY hasnt budged on it.

Well I wouldn't say they'll never follow, but I would say they'll never follow without being FORCED to follow by legal action. NY's anti 2nd amendment practices will eventually change because of court decisions. I just hope it's in my lifetime. :-)

Perhaps because they are going after those states they know they won't have a hard time winning against.

That is usually the case. As long as we are attacheched to New York City and Bloomberg. We will never come out of the dark ages.

Not to steal the thread but I received an e mail from, USSportsmensalliance.org, saying that Mitt Romney & Rick Santorum are both strong supporters of our 2nd. Amendment. You can read the interviews of both on that site. At least that's a little good news. fyi.
