Should non-citizens of the US have the right to vote too?

He's trying to say the Democratic party is for the Minority's and the GOP is for the white bread Mofo's.

You know Dems politicians say things like ;

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."

“I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.” He actually said that to a Black man.

“I loved being called the first Black president,” Bill Clinton revealed during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” this week. “But, Barack Obama really is, he deserves it.”

Not to mention their ties to the KKK and other Anti civil right groups, but why look at history ?

Lets just take the way they stand up for their brothers and sisters of color by letting them slaughter themselves by the tens of thousands in their federally and state funded plantations known as "Ghettos" or "Projects" in every Major Democratic run state.

That's a Love the minorities can do without, but since the Dems have bought their souls and votes, their stuck dealing with the Devil, because the Devil tells them so.

Same as the illegals they let in the country. Bought and paid for.

I do support their right to go back to their country of citizenship to vote in that countries election.

Thank you for explaining that for me.  If that was the point he was making, it's a self defeating one the proves they are not members of that political party to make the country better.  They are members interested in preferential treatment rather than equality.

America is supposed to be about equality in all things, from equal opportunity to equal justice.  Any political party that promotes preferential treatment, or "protected classes", is promoting divisiveness that will tear the country apart.
