Piebald buck hit on Grand Central Parkway in Queens

Sad to see a buck like this get hit by a car...and in Queens of all places.

Too bad for sure! I hate seeing any deer hit along the road.

What are the odds of this?  Not only seeing a deer in this part of NYC, but a mature buck....and a piebald to boot...and then hitting it with your car.  Probably have a better chance of being hit by a meteorite.

Probably higher than the odds of me driving thru there, but I did it twice last Saturday.

Confirmed that their as far west on the island as GreatNeck. Not much further to that location. Nassau is a ticking time bomb. Deer population is exploding along the north shore. It’s going to have to be dealt with eventually.
