Show on Outdoor Channel...Wild Game w/Mike Robinson

You guys ever watch the show on the Outdoor Channel "Wild Game" with Mike Robinson?  I think its a great show.  Makes me want to visit one of his restaurants in Europe.   He cooks meals from wild game he has killed from start to finish and it is entertaining.  Tonight it was "Fallow Deer Bourguignon".....damn!

He has a couple of shows on there. His newest is wild game master chef.  He also has a show on there last couple of years called "Farming the wild" which is very good. 

He makes some amazing meals for sure. But he adds lemon zest to everything!  Lol.  

He always hunts deer with dogs with him. It's amazing how well trained they are.

I'd love to know if there is ANY restaurant in WNY that cooks meals even half as interesting as his?
