ATOM BROADHEADS

Has anyone seen these yet or heard anything about them.I saw them in a archery shop.They are made of Razor wire instead of a blade.Has almost a field tip and wire where the blades are.When bone is hit they go right through the wire folds down and once past the bone opens up to create amassive wound channel.I was told they sold quite a few they shoot nice buy no one has hunted with them.They shoot just like field points.Anyone heard about these?

There are some threads about them on Archerytalk. Some people swear by them, others say they are no good. I cant see why they would be better than normal bladed broadheads.

I heard of the Atom Broadheads a couple years ago . I have yet to see or hear from any archers I know  about using them .

Ok so what do you guys use?I need to make a choice soon and practice with a broad head.Or should I say tune to a broadhead.What about the Rage.That seems to get a good write up or should I just get some 3 blade Muzzy?what do you guys use?

I use a variety of them simply because I like to use new stuff. Currently I have Rage 2s, Crimson Talon XTs, and Grizz Tricks. I dont know how the Rages or Grizz Tricks work from personal experience yet though. The CT XTs are great.

Thanks not sure what to try yet.I think I might try The rage,I use an arrow with 3 fletchs so well the 2 blade rage work?

Couple local guys tried the Atom's - they where not impressed. One spined a doe and knocked her down. He put a second one dead center lungs pinning her. Only had 2 arrows - after 10 minutes she was still alive so he had to use his knife to finish her.
