This guy gave me the slip yesterday. Had his hens all gathered up. Today he wasn't so lucky. Leatherstocking country was beautiful.

Hello all sorry for asking this I’m sure it’s been asked plenty time over but figure any info or advice would be refreshing, I am looking for somewhere to hunt turkey in counties Oswego,Oneida,Maddison Onondaga, Cayuga or Jefferson my go to place is low on population the last couple years and looking for other options. I was thinking about Montezuma WMA but not sure about that area any information would be appreciated.

This weekend was the International Sandhurst competition. Her company came in 16th out of 48. They were very happy. She got banged up but participated in all of the events. The guy next to her is her fist love. Yup been dating for 6 months now. Great kid from Minnesota!

Getting My Feet Wet With A Thermal
Shoots100 replied to airedale's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
Great choice for a starter thermal scope, but if you think you'll be using it sparingly you're sadly mistaken. Next is a thermal spotter, as you spot 99% of the time and shoot 1%. Can't wait to see some video. SJC- 1 reply

After watching Shoots100's videos hunting with a thermal scope I could not stand it any longer and decided it was time for me to give one a try. Did not want to go overboard because for one thing I will not be using it a whole lot and I like to give it a try to see if I liked it. If I fall in love I may upgrade down the road. I wanted something for my Remington 597 22 mag, it is my go to rifle for varmints here on the farm and has always did it's job out to 150 yards or so. I looked over some entry level scopes and read a pile of reviews and decided on trying a RIX Storm S2, one step up from their entry level model, it should be just the ticket for what I am looking for. Mounted it up on the Remington and charged the battery, now I will wait until I get some good weather and get this rig sighted in. Al
