I could be wrong but isn't that the Declaration of Independence not the constitution? -

I am not religious but have morals as they are not mutually exclusive. They did not ban abortions they said it was a state issue as it is not covered as a right in the constitution. Again why are we harvesting human organs from these killed in worm babies if they are not humans. But maybe a definition of fetus would help explain things. -

I used “over” as chef stated Sally’s future would be over if she could not abort her baby. But let’s change it up a bit let’s say little sally or Johnny kills a pregnant woman they are going to be charged with both deaths and it will definitely change sally or Johnny’s future. I can’t seem to figure out how legally in the one scenario it is murder and the second it is not. In the one the baby is treated as a human being and the other a “parasite” how is this possible. -

If little sally or Johnny drives drunk and kills someone should the one mistake cause their future to be over? -

Hopefully along with laundry service you also pay out for a accountant. Like NY and ARs with features but you can’t get one out of state legally as it’s the law in NY. Even though the rights to buy ARs with features should be protected by the federal government as it’s your 2nd amendment right. The founding fathers probably never envisioned mother’s killing their babies so it wasn’t added as a constitutional right and neither political party as done anything to codify it as it fires up the voting base to much. As so it is not a federal right it is a state right. Fun fact George Washington adopted his wife’s 2 children and they adopted 2 more children together. a little article about Washington and his family https://waltrakowich.com/the-surprising-story-of-the-founding-fathers-other-children/ -

I also agree that it could be left up to the mother of the unwanted baby. But along with all murders if you do the crime be prepared for the time. Just like anyone else would for killing a baby inside or outside of the mothers womb. Honestly I believe late term abortion and plan b pills are pretty far apart. It seems late term abortion is where the approval rating drops and morals keep most from not accepting it. But look how far morals have come since the inception of roe. -

The true issue is the displeasure with the federal government acting properly under its authority. This could have been codified under law by the Democratic Party in the last 50 years. It was not and as such it is not federal law it is a state issue. Welcome to the uniparty where most laws and regulations where not properly set as law as they play us against each other. -

Unless it’s like a AR with features than one would not be able to obtain one out of state as it is not legal in their residing state. Than said companies would be a accessory to a crime. It will be interesting to see the rulings on West Virginia vs EPA as it could set a precedent to roll back all none congressional regulations made by any government agency. -

If the Democratic Party would have help the American first administration we would have had a lot more in the reserves. A missed opportunity do to political nonsense. The Democratic Party and climate change activist called it a bail out for big oil not the wise investment opportunity it really was. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-06-25/trump-s-thwarted-oil-buy-would-ve-given-biden-6-billion-bonanza -

The fuel delivery driver that brings fuel to the company I work for told me fuel prices at the refinery he picks up at changes 4 times a day. And the price is set when entering the refinery. If it goes up or down the price is set at the gate not the new price figured every 6 hours. And the price at the pump is often changed multiple times a day to accommodate for the price increase at the refinery. Is this correct? -
I am not much of a fisherman but everyone I know that does better fishing pike with live bait and bobber setup lets them take the bait longer. I get too excited and seem to pull it out of their mouth.

Is the government/tax payers really subsidizing the oil and gas industry or is it mostly the money given to these companies for things like heating fuel for people in need of help?
