Answer to both ? NO AND NO Westchester is a bow only except for smallgame where a shot gun can be used.Not extremly busy and Have seen many big buck's.

I was thinking that may be the area.I live on the ridge in Dover and work in Wingdale,I'm guessing you are local to the area.We have several area's where they hide out and I have'nt seen them durring season but would love to since we can now hunt them here.

I must say I am shocked that know one has said they have used a 50cal BMG varment rifle.I myself only taken with 12-20-16 guages and my bow.

That may also be my prob I normaly use lard/crisco for all frying may be to much oil.If I soak in milk then the eggplant wont be so dry to start.This was my first try will try again with these suggestion's.

What kind of oil do you use?That is what I tryed and it soaked all the oil from pan.Tasted like grease.

Sorry to here that if we lived closer I would give you some,AND AGAIN SORRY.Yes i like it very much myself and that is why i asked for different way's to fry.Eggplant use to be white and looked like an egg that is whereit got it's name they had to mix plant's to get the purple/black color they are so to cover the brown yuky color they would turn by the time they got to the market's.

What kind of breading because i tryed bread crumb's maybe that is the problem,Just hate to waste food.

How can i fry this without it soaking up all the oil from the pan?I got bored with the same old baking method and tryed to fry but was not that great becase it had soaked up all of the grease from pan.Could someone help please.

I am staying rite here in DutchessCounty.It's a little tuff at time's but this is home and still have plenty of good hunting and fishing.If we run then we are weak like the rest.This Country is not at this time the greatest and may never be again all we can do is keep our chin's up and help to make it great again. -

In Dutchess County we have copperhead's and many black and garden snake's,Just 2 spring's ago there was a young girl that didnt make it in time and passed from a bite from a copperhead.I am most cautios when around stone wall's/pile's.Like Grow said ground bee's are a bigger problem you never know wher they are sometime's it's to late and youve been stung.

Think you could be correct this deer has a long snout wich indicate's that it is a Doe.Good looking deer any way,would'nt mind puting a shot on it.

Grow I do not have any children my self but do have 50 plus nieces/nephew's and great one's.My Dad had 14 children and the oldest is 62 year's old.My Dad was born April 1935 and Mom 1942.I may not be that old in number's but have lived long enough to learn from my elder's.And you are correct it is the lack of family involvment.

Not at all sorry.But the TV is what has become of the day's that I even remeber.I am not that old to remember those day's never the less I was braught up that way,Age wise I'M only 37 but been around and listened to some smart/older men/women.It sound's like you are much older than myself and will learn from you to thankyou.

Yup you are correct,For got to mention when I was younger the only chanel's we got were 2-4-6 that is it was not until 1994 that we got cable/satelite so that is what we had to do.

We got a nice rainfall here this morning,otherwise jus a hit and miss shower,nothing to brag about for sure.Ws nice to get some rain my lawn was starting to look shagy.
