Tripe is good the wifes family cook it often,I still haven't cooked it myself but enjoy it.

Why a Saturday set?I say a long weekend leave on Wednesday and return home to go back to work on Tuesday the following week you can fly if you want to but I"m in no hurry

I eat liver even on an off day of not drinking Beer but does pare good.We can lead them to a field but cant make them eat.Natural cassings are made from what?but they wont eat Liver

I myself use and cook in bacon/lard but most people wont think to cooking that way

You'all think liver is nasty?you are missing some of the finest foods you could ever eat from a deer.I can only guess most do not even eat Braunschweiger with onions and spicy mustard for lunch

Cast Iron for sure,Cook onions bacon mushrooms first in oil or butter remove and put in covered dish.Season some flour of your choice with salt pepper and garlic in a gallon sized zip bag do not rinse liver just pat dry enough so flour still sticks shake in bag and cook about 4 mins per side return all other pre cooked goodness to pan and cover on low heat about 4 mins add A little butter mix and serve with spinach.This is my way of cooking live.I don't think I would use the sous vide for liver

I have found many things the coolest would be a farm plate NY FARM 1955 I have found old glass stone ware from back in my Grand parents time 1800-early1900 Yes I am not that old but my Grand farther came to the states at the age of 14 in 1903.wasn't till 1989 until there was running water in his house/If he were here he would still be pumping water from the well by hand and buckets -

Not even a cook book?Well after I drink this 12 pack of Budlight I may need a nap myself.I hate when the wife makes the beer run always comes back with sissy beer I cant drive so will have to do for the night

I remember my Grandpa drinking Seagrams and hot tea with honey everyday allday and never seemed to be sick ever.He got me drunk when I was 7 not even knowing he did he let me drink out of his mug thats funny
