I agree with Grampy if included in archery then a certification should be a requirement. -
Let's not derail this post any further.I know and many others do also that there is a group of great marksmen on this site.With that a 270 is very accurate to 1000yrds with the best shooters.

I do that myself this was just an idea where as most are looking for the weather for/in the area they will be hunting/fishing. -
I do will agree on some med's for they have and do work for some.At the same voice weed does help some people when other med's do not.You seem to be eduacated in this work so why not have a natural substance be avale to the ones who would want to use this.Are You against this for medical purposes?

In our hunting areas what is the average shot range/distance?The area that I hunt at max is 200yrds shootable.

This is gun control.If some one wants to or would like to purchase another firearm why discourage them?What does it matter that a 30-06 is already at hand and this person would like to have a 270.The ? was should I purchase the said rifle.My answer is yes

And so many doctors giving prescriptions is doing that well for the Public?This is an OxyMoron.You may have lived longer. and have more exp than most but all of our statements cannot be to far from the truth.One thing I do know is these prescription drug's are killing more people than any weed has ever.

This is a product that has many uses.I do not smoke or ingest this but many things weed can be used for.This is a plant much like Bamboo you can make rope baskets and many other things from said plant.Why is ok to take pharmicudical/man made but alot are against a natural.

Like I tell my wife buy it try it if you do not like it we can sell trade or give to someone that needs it.I purchase many thing that I do not need likewise with many of you all,I say make the purchase a 270 is a great rifle to own.

The Dec fishing guide shows it in their list of baits to be used but this could also be a trap.I use a mixture of cornmeal and red food colloring for carp.Those empty cans were to hold the shine/drink LOL.

Pygmy I have been searching for this info for several years where did you find this info?I was told that corn was not legal by many local fishermen/lady's.Also the dec guide is outdated.For example in my area it only shows some stream's/creeks the Wappinger being the biggest but we have many others here.

From what I read on the DEC web site it is .I myself had the same question but I guess its better to call your local DEC office that is what I'm going to do.When I looked up info corn is in the bait list they have still not sure.

It's no question this will become legal.The only question I have is where and what the tax money will be used for?I also think that this has a good potential to put some farm land back to use also creating job's.This is just my observation of this topic.

Creeks are ice free but dang that water is freezing cold to the human skin.I'm guessing water temps at 30-34 degrees.

Comming from and having a large family we have gotten many people involved with hunting.We try to help them with their friends as well so far I have gotten about 6 of my own friends into the sport since I started hunting alone.The best way to get kids/ people to be more involved in the outdoors is to take them Hiking and fishing to start then they usually will take up hunting.

The Drunk post was not fair.There are many factors that what he saw was correct/What was seen could be a doe/does fighting also could be that where this was the habitat is very good=antler retention.

We can take a vote on this but we all will might not be Happy.I would like a little warmer temp's but we can only wish/dream of them now.we are not going to see that great of a summer either colder and wetter than what we are used to in NY.Sorry to be a Burden of the outdoor forecast,

Yes cane poles is the correct name of said.Still some call them bamboo or stick's lol

I myself like to eat them /I know of some familys/people throw them away.With the cost of grocerys how and why not use leftovers.

Does anyone know where they still sell Bamboo poles/old style with no reel's?I have one but looking to buy some more of them.They are great for youngsters learning how to fish.
