  1. Been there, done that, in the clink for fighting. Outside of that, coyotes are a serious problem down here.
  2. What have wolves got to do with it?! I thought the conversation was about coyotes. You calling me a f'ing yuppy?! I hope not.
  3. Here, it's the coyotes that are the problem. I see very few foxes, but I sure see a lot of coyotes. Hell, I had five of them yipping at me, when I was hanging laundry in my back yard. They have basically no fear of humans here, and are more than happy to kill peoples' pets. I find it hard to believe that an animal that is NOT native to New York would not have a detrimental effect on the ecosystem. After all, they didn't migrate here until the 1930's. That clearly makes them a non native species. Any other non native species, we'd be trying to wipe out.
  4. I'm try to figure out where he heard it was too late............
  5. They normally start giving out doe permits in August, when the new licenses go on sale. You've got plenty of time.
  6. Actually, it's 9 Terminator 6075 Carbon Arrows, 31", and 12 Muzzy 100 Grain broadheads. 9 of the Muzzy's are 3 blade, while three of them are the 4 blade versions. I don't use these carbons, or Muzzy's. Make offer. The pics are a little lame, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the broadheads. There are also 3 Carbon Wolverine carbons that are 30 3/4".
  7. The problem, in my opinion, is the word "annoy", which certainly covers a huge spectrum.
  8. That's bs! We have what they call an "MTA tax" down here in the Hudson Valley, that literally bleeds you dry when you register your car. It makes me sick!
  9. Only a few months old, great condition. Works great. Still have box, remote, and everything else that came with it. Asking $130, B/O. We upgraded to the 42", so this has to go. 845-849-2742. This is an online pic of what it looks like.
  10. Let them bid on the job. That might bring the price down. To put it in simpler terms, create competition for the job. I'm sure there are a lot of unemployed plumbers, that would jump at the chance to earn some money. Post the job on Craigslist. Doesn't hurt to try!
  11. Actually, there are tons of deer, and the turkeys roost right back here. My neighbors actually shoot right in their back yards, and no one pays any mind. Also, there are definitely people hunting on the other side of the stream, as I see them go in there during hunting season.
  12. Okay-let's do it this way. I'll post a link, and then under parcel, just type in 895898. I'd like some ideas on this. http://geoaccess.co.dutchess.ny.us/parcelaccess/parcelaccess_map.htm
  13. Never mind-the file isn't coming up for some reason.
  14. Just checked the parcel map, and found that my landlord actually owns more property back here than I thought. What's everyone's thoughts-would you hunt this? It's number 895898. Dutchess County ParcelAccess.htm
  15. Hell, I'm still trying to figure out where the OP even mentioned it happened in NY. Maybe I missed something?
  16. Well, that's no surprise, considering the commies running the show! http://news.investors.com/032813-649561-americans-leaving-blue-calif-ny-for-freer-red-states.aspx?p=full
  17. It would appear that the lib loons at ebay may have removed the item. Can't find it on their site.
  18. What's next? Regulated seasons on woodchucks? This guy is a moron!
  19. Well, it's nice to see some people take 2nd Amendment rights seriously! http://www.registerstar.com/the_mountain_eagle/news/article_95ff193c-9163-11e2-8b31-0019bb2963f4.html
  20. The wife got the corned beef yesterday. Love that stuff!
