From today's Rochester D&C Letters To The Editor . Apparently the writer didn't get the gist of the speech ! Trump was insinuating that 2nd Amendment People could stop Hildabeast by Voting ! Trump deserves condemnation On Tuesday, I was appalled to hear Donald Trump suggest that Hillary Clinton might be dealt with by guntoting maniacs after the election. Although this statement was defended by various Republicans, there is no defense of such a violent suggestion. Watching House Speaker Paul Ryan defend Trump’s statement as a “bad joke gone wrong,” was deeply upsetting. Ryan’s continued support of this unqualified and irrational individual makes me think that he does not put his country first, but only his party. I love this country, and believe that we Americans are at a perilous point in our history. The suggestion that anyone might resort to violence to prevent an elected official from serving is truly frightening and abhorrent, and deserves universal condemnation.

I can't tell one plant from another . Whatever it is , it is growing along the bank of a ditch close to a swamp . That darned buck only comes around at night or early morning . The guy across the road has gotten big boy on a trail Cam also . Maybe I need to spend some big bucks on night vision goggles !

I have learned that after watching a shooter kill a deer that it is necessary to be told step by step what happened in the video and they are still whispering .even though the animal is dead . I also learned how surprised hunters look when they follow a blood trail and finally spot their downed deer and the cameraman is standing on the other side filming as the hunter approaches the deer . Those cameramen must be awesome trackers !

I had the roof of my Hub Blind collapse from snow . I took an extendable golf ball retriever , cut the part that holds the ball in half . I propped the extended in the roof supports and the bottom handle on the mesh screen in my Ameristep Quad Pod elevated platform . It worked . The Dog House blinds don't hold up with snow on them .

Got 8F and 8H

Well , Stubby , I hunted the 1st two weeks last year in 8F & 8H when it was doe only . Never got a shot until the opening day of gun season and I took a doe . It was the only shot I had all season . If I had an opportunity to fill my tags I would have . Does , bucks would be meat in the freezer . And , Stubby , if you are 5'10" , there must be another reason for the nick name ! Hmmmmmmm .

Lock boxes , cable locks are only a deterrent . If someone wants the camera bad enough , it will disappear . A friend had one cable locked on a 6" maple . Someone cut the tree and slipped the camera off the stump . Putting them high helps . I have 2 cams in Moultrie lock boxes and a few cable locked .

My arrows run about 430 grains using a 100 grain tip . I saw an article a while back that showed how to easily add weight to an arrow . The guy used string trimmer line . I had never heard of that before .
