A Sheriff Deputy friend said I only needed one permit that stated Multi- Barrels . A Trooper Friend and the County Clerk said each one had to be registered on it's own caliber . I didn't want to walk out of a field with a 223 and have my permit show 44 mag . For $3 each , I have peace of mind . Better safe than sorry ! The barrels alone are just considered a piece of pipe until they are attached to a frame . This is in Wayne County .

Never gave that any consideration as to the sabot shrinking . Interesting . I was thinking of hanging the ML upside down in the garage with a balloon taped to the end of the muzzzle just to try it out . That would make for a neat test .

I have had a Contender Pistol for several years . All 14" barrels 7-30 waters 2X6 Bushnell scope 223 with 2X6 Bushnell scope 44 Mag with Red Dot 22 Cal with open sights In NYS I have to have a permit for each barrel even though it I only have one frame . Each barrel has the same frame number .

My oldest son had permission to hunt a property on West Bloomfield Road a few years ago . The guys that had been hunting the property for years didn't like the idea of new blood hunting the land . They gave some BS spiel to the land owner and my son was told he should find another place to hunt . I told him he should get his ladder stands out of there but he didn't want to disrupt their hunting and waited till after the season was over . When he went to get the 3 stands , only one was there . The guys not only screwed him out of hunting the property , they stole 2 of his stands . As for putting tracking chips in stands , it's only good if they take the whole stand .

Drove to Geneseo yesterday am . Was in my double chair blind by 6:45 so I was out of the cold breeze . Was overcast so no sun came up . Sat until 11 am and never saw a thing . Dropped some burger off at my sister in laws and then went to town to use the John . Was back in the chair blind by 1 pm and sat until 4:30 . Nuttin' ! Only heard one shot all day long and that was at 8:30 am . Didn't see any hunter vehicles parked along Lima Road . 8 hours out in 35 degree weather and saw NOTHING .

Personally , my dear , I don't give a Damn ! ( Rhet Butler ) .............

Mine worked fine . Fit in the quiver quite well . Didn't have a bow shot at any deer this season .

No problem with a property line . It was 200 yards from the neighbor's posted property . Apparently the closest neighbor is ill and hasn't hunted but a couple of his friends hunt his property and may have done the dirty deed . Another neighbor is kinda squirley and may be the culprit . Now the property owner is worried because he has a camp and a lot of equipment there and wonders if someone might come in and walk off with his stuff . There is no question about property lines or who owns the land . The guy who owns the property has it farmed .

When I had my snow blower crap out on me two years ago . the guy at the store said they only make them to last an "X" number of run hours .

That doesn't help . Anything north of Manhatten is Upstate !

Tuesday morning I saw 2 dead doe laying along RT 104 in the west bound lane between Holt and Hard roads . Apparently hit by vehicles . I wonder if the doe were heading to DICKs to get some Buck Bombs !

The points for both stores are combined in your rewards for whatever you buy at either store . I was at the Webster DICKs today and asked if they still zapped the points at a particular date . I was told that as of February 1st , and points you have will be lost . I need another 130 points for a $20 reward . Not a heck of a lot of anything that I need .
