There is a Chinese or Vietnamize Restaurant that has been closed for some time now on Ridge Road West in Greece . Someone put a sign under the Closed sign that said "We Ran Out of Cats" .... ;D

As far as the food plots go , maybe we have evolved enough to become smarter hunters than our predecessors . My son has a food plot on his property . We hunt the trails a few hundred yards from them . I havn't hunted there in a couple years as it is too hilly . He planted Brassica and chickory . The chickery gets eaten by turkeys . Any turkeys he has killed have been with the bow .

There are instances where they charge someone with murder , have a trial and do not convict . It avoids the person being charged at a later date as there cannot be a double jeopardy ..........

Do you have a program like ACDSee , Adobe Photoshop , etc that you upload pics to ? You need some sort of program in order to upload and see the pics on a SD card . I have a mini SD card in my camera that I place in a regular size SD . I then put it in a slot in the Computer and upload .

I use to have to schedule my vacation around deer season . I'm retired . No Problemo !

The Loop took very little getting used to . The thing that I had liked about the Ultra Nock was that you could adjust it so your peep always lined up . I can do the same with the String Loop .

I tied a String Loop on my bow last summer and it works great . I had messed up serving with my release in the past by shooting off the string . I had also used an Ultra Nock that worked quite well but made a "ka-zing" sound when shooting . The string loop is definately the way to go !

Many of the rider mowers have a plug you can remove in the deck , install an adaptor and hook up a water hose . I tried to get one of the adaptors and finally had someone tell me ( at Titus Mowers ) that she could get me an adaptor and also all the deck bearings I would need . I said , WHAT ? She said that when you flush the deck with water , the bearings rust and need to be replaced . She said scraping the deck is best way to clean it but would order thae adaptor , if I still wanted it . I passed .

I cooked up about 5 pounds of burger , marinated some backstraps ( we had some tonight) and my wife put a roast in the slow cooker . I sent an e-mail to Sears and got a response and was told what i expected to hear from them . A friend , who does HVAC work checked it over and said "don't spend any money on it , it will cost as much or more to have someone come and repair it". I was checking out some of the Reviews on chest freezers as well as uprights and was surprised about the complaints that many of them don't last past 3 years . That's disgusting .I should be thankful for the 40 year old Gibson Freezer !

I bought a 7 cu ft. chest freezer about 3 years ago strictly for my venison . Last night I went down to get some backstraps to marinade . All the meat in there had started to thaw . The freezer had crapped out . I moved the meat to an old Gibson freezer that we have had for over 40 years that still works super . Not sure how good meat is if you "re-freeze" it . The meat was still cold . Apparently they don't make things that last anymore ! I didn't buy an extended warranty as it seems you pay for something 2-3 times that way . I sent a letter off to the company that I purchased it from . Will have to wait and see what kind of response I get ( if any ) .

I have had better luck hunting a few hundred yards from a food plot , near a trail as the deer seemed to hang out in the wooded area until almost dark and then move into the plot ( brassica , etc ) .
