Opening day 8:05. Barnett whitetail pro STR. 50 yards.

Opening day Nov 3rd 8:05 am. 50 yard shot w/ Barnett whitetail pro STR; rage broadhead and headhunter 22" arrow. Dropped in his tracks. Young 7 pointer but my first attempt at crossbow hunting.

I guess I'll wait and see. Crossbow this weekend!

They were pounding this plot when the green stems shot up but now they seemed to lose interest. Had up to 11 at a time in there. Hope they return.

Here are a few pics from my plot. Are the red ones beets? It was whitetail institute beets and greens.

I made it out of an I beam and a garbage can filled with concrete. Weighs in around 700 pounds.. Levels the furrows very nicely.

I have both crab apples and real apples growing there.

It was a lot of fun doing it. Better than going to work..

Get that mind out of the gutter and focus on Deer!!! LOL..

Planted my first food plot on my new property I bought that abuts my original property.

I have 43 wooded acres with the back 1500 ft boardering 3000 acres of state land. Pretty remote and I love it!

!0 pound pork loin brined for 4 days and smoked... Pretty tasty..

I ride my utv up to my stand and park right ne it. Shot many many deer and they didn't seem to concerned I parked there...

10 ga. 3 1/2 magnums 4 shot.. Just kidding. I have a ruger 77/22 that is dead nuts...

I just checked my cams today. How old you think he is??

I was sleeping in my cabin and my wife woke me up at 3 am saying she heard noises outside the bedroom window. I had my truck parked close to the window with a contractor bag full of garbage in the back that I was going to take to the transfer station in the morning. When I looked out the window I was certainly shocked AT WHAT I SAW. I grabbed MY Nikon AND STARTED TAKING SOME PICS. The bear was in the back of my truck soting through the beer cans and food scraps and was oblivious to me. Looked like a good size. Any ideas as to age and weight? Put his paws over the side and one step and he was in. On his back legs his head was a little lower than the top of my cab and the truck is a 350..

I bought a new Kubota grand L GST 3130 back in 2007. It has served me well but I had to put some money in it this year though.. A new Battery.. Greaty machine.
