I use it with my 450 bushmaster and seems to be very accurate on paper, will hopefully be able to get test results on deer this season.

Ok good to know. Glad everyone will either get shirts or have to go through the paypal process to get refunded.

And a moderator should have access to the site owner/s to address these issues.

My 15 year old opened up fall ball for his new team yesterday and is back with his old coach, he went 4 innings then his elbow was starting to get sore so we yanked him. When he came out it was a 2-2 game. We took that game with a 6-2 win over a team that was comprised mostly of 16-17 year olds. He also went 4 for 5 in batting. We split, second game lost 4-0, had a last inning rally but coulndt make it happen. All in all playing against older kids we did well and we should do very well when we go away to tournaments and they play kids their age.

At the time i worked for AIG and was trapped in our building on Wall street, i remember like it was yesterday. I say trapped because we couldn't go anywhere, the dust was so thick that day turned to night in a matter of minutes and couldnt see a foot in front of you. At the time i was one of only a few men that worked in that dept. And had to be strong ( although it was mass chaos) for my fellow co workers. In addition to dealing with the terror and crying that was happening around me, there were people just pouring into my building seeking refuge, some you could only see thier eyes as most were covered from head to toe in dust. People coming in with blood streaming all over them. After a couple hours when the dust settled we were able to make our way home by walking over the brooklyn bridge. I WILL NEVER forget. A co-worker lost his son that day and a friend lost her husband, sad, very sad day.

That has to be probably one of the dumbest things i have ever heard a parent do to a child . What are they thinking holding a kid back a year academically, for sports? Thats just plain stupid. Holding the kid back means that he couldnt compete or standout from kids his same age. That makes no sense what so ever.

Good call on your part, not a fan of football especially after all these brain injuries have surfaced. My boys would have excelled in footba and have played flag in the past (even that got brutal at times) but i purposely never gave them that opportunity because of the same fears you are struggling with right now. In all honesty, had that been my son, he would have never set foot on that field after his first concussion, scholarship potential or not. My boys excel in baseball and my 15yt. Old is exceptional and pitches for Varsity as a freshman and is damn good, but i let all coaches know his health is first. I WILL NOT sacrafice his arm just for a win, scholarship etc.., my goal is to keep him off the streets, keep him focused in school, have structure and in shape and after its all over and if he lands a scholarship fine. If not, more importantly i want him to be a healthy adult, not someone that will suffer through life for the sake of a sport. Tough call im sure but at 11 you made the right choice for him. There are risks in all sports, but some are just down right brutal on the body.

I have land in Deleware and Otsego counties, 5 minute car ride apart but in two different counties, both part of 4f. There are still a few big farms around, which produce alot of corn and keep the herd healthy, can still find lots of properties that contain old apple orchards, streams, mountains to rolling fields. The mature deer both doe and buck tend to have huge bodiies. There are decent big bucks to be had and population has for the most been pretty abundant. If your into Turkey hunting, some of the best populations/opportunities in the state. And the mountains, fields etc...are beautiful,. My family has been hunting in various parts of 4f for close to 60 years, but mainly in Deleware and Otsego counties and its been great to us. Just a short 20-30 minutes car ride away from us is Oneonta, which offers shopping comparable to any big city, Walmart, Dicks, BJs, TSC, ,home depot, Lowes, Harbor frieght etc... you can go from very rural, farms etc...to the best shopping in under 30 minutes depending where in 4f. Howes Caverns and Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame are within a 30-40 min. car ride.

Let me get this right, maybe i read this too fast and im wrong and if so i apologize in advance. This is your lease, your neighbor confronts you with a rifle and nicely tells you to go screw yourself,? Based upon a members suggestion you are now going to remedy all this by going over to this a$$hole with a gesture of kindness by bringing a case of beer?? Wow, some of you are way too kind. Someone gestures that they will use a rifle to protect thier hunting rights and on my property , think i would fly off the handle, at the least i would have called the police\dec right on the spot. Sad but guys like that need a rude awakening, some of these locals think they have an inherited right because they have been in the area for years. I have dealt with locals with the same exact mentality on a couple occasions and they have no sense of reasoning. One guy had the balls to tell me that i was a Hunter harrasser and was gonna call the DEC on me,i told him go right ahead because i already made a call to them. Sounds like the nice approach in this instance wont work. But i could be wrong.
