I bought used because I didn't have new machine money. If we are sticking on topic, I'm with others that have said bigger engine because if you need it it's there, if you ain't got it, ya ain't got it Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

I've had machines since I was a kid. Nothing has impressed me more or been a more significant upgrade than a UTV. The whole " too wide " deal.... if your making quad trails, it can't be that much more work to add a few more inches. You will want wider trails anyways with yours boys riding around. Just having a dump bed is worth it's weight in gold on most days your out improving the land. The amount of gear you can throw back there, and carry a couple humans too. Don't confuse them with a jeep or off road vehicle. The size difference isn't that significant. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

Well this past weekend was an absolutely epic adventure. My son, dad and myself made the trek in search of my boys first deer. It's been my dream to have my son get his first deer with my dad by his side, and as I slowly watch my dad "get older" I wondered if he will make it another 6 years to see that day. I never had that experiance with my grandfather's although they both hunted, and I know how much my father means to my son, and how awesome it would/will be to have him there for his first deer. After getting my bow buck and telling the story to a friend of mine of how I waited on stand for my dad and son for the recovery, and how much I value those memories, and my hopes that Duke makes it to see Kaiden get his first deer, he immediately told me to come down to the family farm in PA and see if we can't make the dream come true. Fast forward to Friday, stopping at the local outdoor store, my sons face when he found out we were getting him his license and heading further into PA for HIM to deer was absolutely priceless. We didn't end up getting deer down as it was tough hunting, but I can't tell you how thankful I am for the generosity and kindness shown by my friend and his family. When somebody is willing to open up their home ( a "camp" that would make you drool ) and their hunting grounds, it really speaks to a man's character and his mindset. Guys like that aren't the norm and I am humbled and blessed to have crossed paths with this man. My son was an absolute trooper and had his head in the game. He really impressed me and I can see he's a hunter and has "it". I look forward to another opportunity to make the dream happen, but will not take for granted all the great memories we made this weekend. He may or may not read this, and I know I told him countless times already, but I appreciate you and your dedication to keeping the farm the way your father wanted it to be. Sorry for the scatter brain write up, and the lack of hunting details, but the trip was all about the company I kept and the kindness of others that I wanted to share. Here's a couple pics from the trip. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

There is too much for me to say about that day in the woods, and truthfully no picture can do it justice, so I appreciate your kind words and will do my best to keep my kids in the outdoors. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

Bright red. Prob shoulder/ muscle. Sometimes those bubbles can just be from the blood hitting the ground or you may have 1 lunged him. A shoulder hit can Def seem like alot of blood. Tough call. Trust your gut and if you feel you have given him your best effort, that's all you can do. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk -

I don't disagree, just think that the colder Temps and wet conditions require more nutrition to keep warm so they add some extra feeding times. This is also the ramp up to rut, so bucks are out checking on their lady friends and the easiest time to find them is when they are bedded. So you have need for food and need for fun, more daytime activity is upon is. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk -

Possibly confusing it with a "blow"? Hop on the YouTube and watch some videos with actual bucks snort wheezing, it may not be what your thinking. I am a big fan of the wheeze, but only when it's the last option. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

My lovely wife, who treats me better than I deserve, somehow got ahold of a few members (friends) that got to surprise me last night for my upcoming milestone bday. It was a great time and I can't say enough about how humbled I am to have the friends that I do. How she pulled it all off is beyond me. I know I've already said it, but thank you to @Arcade Hunter @Moho81 @turkeyfeathers @moog5050 @dinorocks @Jeremy K for making the night special and one to not forget. And @reeltime for.... well, you know. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
