  1. That's a good idea. We have all of the Scouts in our troop spray all of their clothing and footwear with Permethrin prior to attending summer camp. Never had an issue with ticks. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  2. I was thinking the same thing. Looks light... Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  3. My family vacationed in Southeastern Tennessee last summer. I wouldn't mind retiring down there. I have to work six more years which would put me at 54 years old... Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  4. Governor Cuomo Unveils 18th Proposal of 2020 State of the State: Banning Untraceable "Ghost Guns" by Requiring Firearm Parts be Treated as Guns and Have a Serial Number... https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/governor-cuomo-unveils-18th-proposal-2020-state-state-banning-untraceable-ghost-guns-requiring Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk
  5. I have several 100-piece lots of 308 Hornady Match once-fired brass. The brass was all fired from a Remington 700 308 bolt action rifle. This is not range picked up brass and all of the head stamps match. The brass has been cleaned, polished, and de-primed. $20/lot plus shipping I accept check or money order, I do not accept Paypal for these purchases. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  6. Whoops...Pays to know what you're really shooting at. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  7. My little chair has the folding legs. I like it better than sitting on the ground, for sure... Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  8. Nicely done...Too bad you're done for a month but that's a good reason to be done. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  9. Machinist...Good luck finding one. It was never listed on Savage's web site. I was lucky enough to find it through a guy on Facebook.
  10. No little wimpy 5.56 in this Field & Stream article... http://www.fieldandstream.com/articles/hunting/2014/07/finally-4-ar-style-rifles-chambered-for-big-game-hunting?cmpid=enews071614b&spPodID=020&spMailingID=6767597&spUserID=MTY3NjkwOTIyMjkS1&spJobID=481778498&spReportId=NDgxNzc4NDk4S0 I've got a 6.8 SPC for whitetail here in NY. It's a great compromise between 5.56 and .308. Recoil is light and follow up shots quick and easy.
  11. I'll do some fine tuning next range trip...lol. Maybe a click or two of windage will do it.
