And if that shot misses then what ? Say it hits and kills a child in another room or the hallway ? No ! arming teachers isnt the only solution here . Society as a whole must face the inevitable and when someone is sick either mentally or a threat to society by being a crimnal they must be removed from that society for the greater good . too much sentimentality isnt good for us . The law in China excutes within a short period of time after your found guilty here it is so different plea deals, higher courts there must be a deterrent when found guilty and there was DEATH by electrocution maybe we should return to those times and put fear into the hearts of crimnals as was done in years gone by .....

And by stricter enforcement I mean the laws allready in place not new ones ...

To kill a human being is under normal circumstances is INSANE . Lets start there and then maybe we can have a discussion as to some sort of solution . There are too many people on the streets now that are mentally deranged and this is the basis of the problems we face today . Maybe sometime in the future this will be addressed I dont know or even pretend to, but unless we look at this problem this INSANITY WILL PERSIST. Eventually it will go to cost involved in treatment and care but with a little sacrifice it is posissable and can lead us to a better future, Of course there are other options ,but we must start somewhere and weed out the mentaly deficent , then and only then coupled with stricter enforcement will our future look brighter than the grim outlook we face now .... P.S. SAY A PRAYER FOR THE PARENTS THAT LOST THEIR CHILDREN ......

I still think that confrontation is the last resort , try the local stores in the area maybe you could gather some insight from clerks, gas stations as to his state of mind .possisably the local watering hole would help in gathering info and you may find a friend of his who could breech the subject and resolve your differences . I believe its worth a shot [no pun intended ] good luck !

offer him some meat from the doe its not a good idea to have a fued with neighbors. Or maybe see if he would like dinner at your house after a drink or two he may open up and tell you the reason why he is so angry and you can reason out your dispute.good luck ! p.s. maybe having a local 3rd party there may smooth things out ....
