I simply asked a question and stated that it MIGHT be illegal to hunt with a crossbow this year. If this was a legal hunt, all to you for providing this for these fine folks. If not, it should be discouraged to keep others from thinking its OK to hunt with an illegal implement. I simply asked if it was sanctioned by the DEC or not. There's no need to get nasty. Great advice there. I'd share a neat trick someone showed me when the knock comes loose from the arrow. Grab some paper or even a McD's napkin and get it between the knock and arrow and plunge it in, rip off the excess and align knock to fletch, done.
