  1. All this time I thought she was Asian. [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Stewart? Been a tough year! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. My main ones I use on the field, but also carry multiple Kershaw, Spyderco, SOG, etc as backup. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/9189.html http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/7860.html Here you'll find that there is no mention of a salary or payment for teaching a sportsman class. Unless otherwise noted, I don't think there exists a paid sportsman instructor in NYS from DEC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Instructors are not paid to teach/hold these courses. They are volunteers. If you don't like how your local one teaches, go find another. There's no limit on how many times you can attend a class. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Went to LI and slept in the car for the two day course. I could have taken it 15 minutes from home, but traveled 1.5 hrs instead. Was a great experience. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Last time someone recorded live doing 115 on the highway, JC didn't treat him well. He's in the ICU right now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Why do you feel it was his fault that his property was attacked? So if you were to get robbed, and didn't have a guard dog, maybe you were asking for it? If you take this a step further, maybe a guard dog isn't sufficient, maybe you should have hired an armed guard 24/7? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Disgusting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I hunted with bait and hook, aka I went Tog fishing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Luckily I was able to turn these crabs into this: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I'm all baited up from last night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. But yet, someone in this thread claims copper bullets doesn't foul and lead core does... I always found jacket bullets to shoot pretty clean. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Dan, Al, appreciate the real world feedback from folks that actually shoot, and not some online article that was written by someone who probably shoots less than a box a year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Yup, I've read the same. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. That's what I expected from copper bullets, no less fouling than jacketed. I hear sweets 7.62 is a nice strong solvent, very good for copper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. How's the copper fouling with them zipping out at those speeds Dan? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. The shipping is killer. Between the two sites, shipping comes out to $25+ alone. Best to buy in bulk, like 25 sets of these lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. So let me get this straight, we went from 30% mass loss to 20%, and now we're at 50% loss! Sure sounds like copper is a sure win! But wait, is shedding mass all that bad? Copper bullets has better expansion? Is that across all velocities? Lead bullets foul the barrel? So copper doesn't? How about copper jacketed bullets? Clean barrels then? Does copper have better penetration, or FMJ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. But is mass retention equivalent to effectiveness? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Do you have scientific facts to prove this theory of yours, or is this just another stab at lead? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. If the copper jacket was found on the opposite hide, then the bullet has done its job. The Pro Hunter is a HP flat tail bullet, designed for closer range shots. Maybe try reducing the load and testing it for better penetration if you want an exit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. David, was the Bow Ed in Westchester or further up? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I think ECO Davey was recently transferred from region 3. I recall speaking to him. Hope for a speedy and full recovery. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Times has changed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
