Last two birds ive shot when its been quiet...1138 and 1151am. Think i have lazy turkeys that like to sleep in!

Hunt later in the morning. Seems to be the hot ticket or at least it was. Probably in a lull right now. If they are henned up....makes it so much harder

Lol! Im pretty much at a point that i really dont care what happens to him or his business. Yeah hes a friend but at the same time its obvious that the guy who stuck around to help is getting the shaft. We figured out that had i been paid...my truck would be in my driveway. As it stands now my fiance is working tonite and gets to walk home in the rain. Granted its less than a mile...but the thought aggrivates the piss out of me. I cant go because our son is sleeping and im not going to wake him up at 230am to walk down there. Plus its gonna be real embarrassing showing up at his baseball game tomorow with no vehicle....hoping it doesnt downpour. Yeah my level of anger is skyhigh at this point.

Yes ive seen all the ads....but i still have no vehicle now because of not being paid. Worst part is he introduced me to my fiance and she is livid right now. Im pretty much cutting contact. I have a few things i need to retrieve and thats it. Cabin....yes the shop seems to be closed more than open. If you went to the little shop its been closed all week. He laid evryone off so no staff to run both shops....yet tonite he stopped by my house to tell me how great his evening was with his new fling. Like i care lol then has the balls to whine about not being open and losing money....its a little late for that.

Yeah its pretty disheartening to say the least. Guess he went home lastnite at 3am and had the divorce talk with his wife. Hell we didnt even open up the shops today so theres lost money. Told my fiance its past the point of nonsense now. Ahh well guess chock it up to bad luck.

Its not an under the table job. Doesnt matter anyways...collecting my stuff today since nothing is going to change.

Final nail in the coffin tonite....i dont even have a dollar to my name but he can go out and buy drinks with a girl tonite. Time to pull the plug

Just found out...hes not current with fees....hence why all the sales go to the franchise. Now its adding up

And it does sound fishy....so the franchise gets all the credit card sales....and if he doesnt do any cash sales how do they expect him to pay his payroll?

Hes on cod with parts place as of yesterday. We get paychecks but that comes from the cash in the drawer which gets deposited every night. No cash sales....no pay basically. As far as the credit card swipes he is an owner of a shop...but that shop is owned by a franchise if that makes sense. There are franchise fees and rent and all that jazs and the credit card system is setup to pay towards that. Honestly its a cluster right now.

It is what it is i guess. Sucks because i was off to a good start and now bam!

Its set up so credit or debit card swipes go directly to paying franchise fees. But payroll should be first an foremost. Thinking ill stick today out but probably not tomorow. Sucks because my fiance an i both have our kids this weekend and broke doesnt begin to crack the surface.

Oh yeah. He also has two other guys who need to get paid for 2 weeks. They are expecting money tomorow as am i....but there is none. We are busy but cash sales pay the payroll. Everyone is using cards which that money goes towards rent and franchise fees etc....

Recently got off of unemployment after being laid off. Started a new job with an army buddy of mine being a grease monkey. It all started going south about 2 weeks ago. Last friday he laid everyone else off but me. Due to this im basically without a vehicle as the money for my truck i was supposed to purchase is non existent. Havent gotten a paycheck in 3 weeks. And i sold my jeep thinking the truck would be paid for and on the road the next day. Ive got 2 kids and its getting harder an harder to bum rides from people. So i wanna stick it out in hopes that it picks up again but its effecting my home life and bills and everything else. What should i do?

We shall see. Plans have changed as i was supposed to be buying a truck. Sold my jeep with the plan of having the truck on the road in a day. Well we are now going on week 3 of not getting paid so....my season might be done already :/

My point exactly. But anybody and their brother wants a rifle to be cool. Honestly the guys i hear talking about rifles i wouldnt hunt next to them with slingshots. Just my opinion

if i cant get out sunday...ive got monday off so ill be there from sun up til noon!

i may build something like this not just for turkey but also bow hunting. i hunt alot from the ground and this may help conceal a bit of movement!

im thinking of trying to make my own for the fall. trying to get some ideas before i take the plunge!

we are going to "trash can turkey" the one i got last week. never done it before and after doing all the work for it...it better be tastey!
