man that card is huge! lol is it ok if its folded a bit? and in black and white since my printer decided to quit using color? -
ive had about 50\50 success with a jake. sometimes ive seen mature birds go the other way from a jake and hen. then again ive seen em run right in to kick some tail too. its a toss up for me. but leaning towards two hens, one walking one feeding. figure that might get them interested!

thats pretty much what ive always used. one or two hens but thought i might switch it up this season. all 3 will probably go with me...gametime decision

ive got the cherokee sports inflatables so its not too much extra to carry. i may take a jake and two hens and decide when i get there.

im going back and forth in my mind about using decoys tomorow. if i did im not sure if i should use a jake and two hens, jake and one hen, two hens by themselves....help!

Thanks for the info! Unfortunately plans changed and ill be hunting a spot ten minutes from home. even when ya get the day off from work....still gotta go in to work lol. Its all good ill hunt til noon and head in! Good luck to anyone headed out tomorow!

yeah im going in blind basically. tomorow when we arrive there, we are gonna do a little looking around. hopefully get a better idea of what the scoop is.

very little. the landowner is my father in law. he says he has seen alot of tracks and even wing drag marks pretty much smack dab in the middle of the property. he has also said sometimes they walk right up near the house along the one trail and go across the road. this info was from friday....i figured maybe near the power line cut might be a good option.

heres the land i can hunt on wednesday. just looking for some ideas on where to setup. the yellow pins represent property lines....help!

Hoping to roost one tomorow nite. Huntint an area i dont have alot of scouting time on. Know the general area and landowner has told me where he has seen tracks. But basically going in blind. Figure tomorow nite ill try a crow or owl call shortly before dark.
