You could have a thread with a record buck and a thread were people are smashing each other and the BS thread would have tripple amount of veiws and comments. Lol, wow. Is it really that bad ?????

Set a bic lighter to it lol thats all I do. And check yourself good when you get home. I have had them bed in me maybe 4 times in my life. No good.

Not wrong in the least bit. About that last bit of common sense i've seen on this site this year. No deer is worth sending a round threw someones house. The first buck I ever had a stare contest with was wen I was heading out and I knew there was a semi busy road right behind him. Ofcourse I passed em up and kicked my self in the ass for a bit. But looking back on it I feel I made the right choice. Don't give up the rut is moving and the hunters should be to. Go beat the cold im heading in the woods myself in the next hour or so.

I will NEVER in my life aim my weapon at something that im not ready and willling to shoot. I hunt all over. Im mainly speaking of southern tier. Any were in region 6 on opening weekend its a war zone I have hunted it for over 10 years in the same areas and its always the same.

I wont even hunt the weekends. Shot gun slugs flying all over and people walking all threw thew woods trying to kick deer up. My trail camera will see more deer than I will now cause they will move at night a lot more.

I pay no mind to the ticks they come off with the skin lol. And yes ticks are still out I just burned one off my pants last time I was out. Its a part of hunting I get em on me every year.

If you can hunt the week days little less pressured. If your not seeing any deer movement move the stand. I made a super late move in the night when it was rainy and shot a buck out of the stand within a week later saw a spike and a button so there was a ton more movement and I only went 150 yards or so. #1 thing don't give up you will never get a deer from the couch. Deer are in rut like crazy right now. The absolute best place to hunt bucks right now is were the most doe hang out. Try to be near the doe I would bet anything that the bucks are not far behind. Leave the scents and calls home just find the doe spend some hours and play the wind. I always want the wind blowing in my face. Hurry up make the stand move if you feel you can/need to and make it happen. It will pay off. Good luck to you go get er done.
