    Normally people laern to respect it more after eating tag soup a few to many times lol. Hey at least you got deer in. I know people that has never even shot at one yet let alone bagged one. Never quit. Good luck.

    Not for nothing it's a genius setup if you really think about it. They sell you the product you go on use it, get caught. Then you pay the fine and all that. So your paying a few times over lol. People buy it so they sell it. Cause by this time in the year every store has to restock or has no stock cause the woods are filled with saltlicks.

    Congrats man. It has indeed been a good year I have a lot of meat in the freezer.

    Gotta pick up off the last trail. Things don't normally spill blood then just stop lol unless they just stop. Seems like a lot of people loosing deer this year. Good luck. And waiting till the morning only works if the yotes dont get it first. Id be out there with a blood light.

    Very good choice with the shotgun purchase. I own 2 of them. One longer barrel hunting gun and another short modded out version. Good weapon. Decent shotgun scope, decent slugs and some practice and it should be just fine. Good luck.

    If I use or let a freind use my ought 6 its always with 150 grain rounds. Thats what I used.

    One question I do have. Why do you hang your deer from the head. Good to make a cut on the neck an let the blod drain down. All the best meat is on back legs an straps.

    Congrats man. If you saw the thread I made a few days ago I also shot a button buck and thought it was a doe. Couple hundred yards out more but hey whos counting lol. Again, congrats brother!!

    Yea I hunt near by and all the gun nuts are out in full effect lol it will most likey sound like a war zone right before sun down. And im not sure but I think the sand plains are not huntable land are you talking about right past the romes wal mart?

    No they can't hear that lol. I take short videos of smaller deers all the time I text as needed and have gotten deer with in minutes of sending a messsage. Heck ive shot a deer sent a message to a freind in the woods saying ones down and not even ten minutes later another doe came out the wood line.

    No yote gets a pass with me lol. Them and ticks seem to be a problem this year.

    Yea 270. in 130 grain in a great deer round. A few days ago I shot a deer at a little over 200 yards with it. I have seen people on youtube take some crazy long shots for kills with the 270.

    Aahh I dont like to chase em. My 270. is perfect for me.

    Wait for about another 10 days tops. And then rut will have these deer walking all over at that time I would wait for a wet day and move around with em. Good luck.

    What bullet, easy pick- Standard Winchester round 130 grain. And why- Because there proven, cheap and consistent. Can't ask for much more. And I have shot so many different rounds it cost me to find out.

    Them are some healthy looking pups. Id be on em after deer season. Don't see many pics getting 6 of of them in one shot.

    I can't wrap my head around how the arrow would brake? Maybe when the deer fell? If your sure you bow is shooting good and you feel like you got anything to do with a decent hit the deer has to be down.

    I would think any kind of pass threw would kill the deer. It's just a matter of finding it before the yotes. Good luck, let us know of any progress.
