    i just mount mine 3ft or so and if i have to put them higher i wedge a stick behind the top to angle the cam down, no locks,cables anything like that if they want your stuff they will just take it. or at least that my experiance, Then you have to replace the cam, and what ever locking system you use,

    just a thin stainless mac tools one about 5in, open its not a cheapy but holds an edge real well and if i lose it for 40 bucks i can get another, I use it everyday and cant go anywhere with out it, matter of fact all my jeans have a permanent impression in the back right hand pocket, lol
