id make sure 100% where the property lines are first and formost. then handling the sitiuation is your call how you see fit. what knows what legal and not so make sure you werent trespassing or anything in doing so before he comes back at you after you report him. doesnt sound like hes moving that feeder anytime soon so just think aout the best approach before jumping into.

Why not return them where you bought them since it was a defect? Why contact rage? I'm sure being hunting season they are experiencing higher call volumes?

If they are the chisel tips they should have the shock collar not the o-ring, correct?Your saying that the metal piece that locks into collar appears to be machined off? That doesn't sound like and everyday occurrence sounds like something fell through the cracks on assembly. It happens when you making millions of heads I'm sure. Not a reason for me to say I'm done with them I'd simply return them to dicks or where ever I bought them. I agree with jfb if you called them I can not see rage not picking up. Don't know why you just didn't return them in the first llace5. Sounds like a manufacture glitch rather then the quality in the design if you ask me.

Quality issues? Quality is top notch. I saw you mentioned the o-ring which is their older design. The new improved shock collars are where it's at. I have a set of old 2 blade orings in now to use up but have you tried the hypodermics or extremes? Big difference from the oring style. They refined their design years ago with the shoulders. The head it self is designed very well for a mechanical being a rear deploying slip cam vs a cheesey over the top deploy.

Never tried contacting them as I never had any issues... I do not recall rage being on the market 9 seasons ago? But in any event wasn't talking about you, just making a general stagement. Way to many guys have bad things to say about rage over "one" incident or thick bad due to mechanical head. Penetration is great, I get pass through almost every shot. To many people comment based on what they think or hear low percentage answers on actual experiences. Again, not talking about you or anyone in perticular. Guys worry about Penetration but want to shoot the lightest arrows on the market, what do you THINK is going to happen. All their KE is absorbed very quickly, not the head not doing its job. I think out of all the deer I shot, all but 2 were clean pass tbroughs.

Don't let people try and talk smack about them. They work dawn good and put Em down. Hate when guys have had stuff to say about them cause of maybe one bad incident or being a mechanical. Used them for this is the 7th season without any negatives. They work they are proven. .. If guys like shooting little 1" and 1/8 pea shooters then have at it. I've shot many heads over 19 years and I'm done looking.

Awesome, walking in to my stand and about 100 yards away from the truck, with my sleeve I wipe my running nose and boom. Gushing blood from that moment on almost all the way to my stand. Great start lol. Maybe the yotes will find me haha

Didn't go out tonight. Wind was crazy! Decided to sling some arrows and practice some heart shots at 20, feeling very good about my shooting this year Cold tomorrow, hardly any wind in the morning (same direction as today) I'll be in same stand !

No firearms during bow season if you are hunting. You can carry a side arm during shot gun season
