Farm building, farm structure that is either occupied or used -- these structures are largely determined on a case-by-case basis. To qualify, the premises alleged to be a farm must be utilized principally for agricultural production for commercial purposes, including but not limited to crops, fruit, hay, livestock, production of dairy products, nurseries/greenhouses. There is no minimum number of acres that must be either owned or farmed to qualify. To receive protection the farm building or farm structure must be either occupied by people or livestock or used in some, even small, degree for storage of farm related tools, equipment or livestock. Excluded would be structures and out-buildings on acreage or lands that are not a "farm" even if they are temporarily occupied.

was going to say if they changed it to 18 and i wasnt told about it im going to be pissed lol.. only 5 more months until i apply for mine

i have read dec website over and over on this.. Excluded are temporary residential units including camping trailers, motor homes or other portable shelters. Also excluded are abandoned dwellings, detached garages, tree houses, "playscapes", decks, pool areas, storage sheds and out-buildings - even when/if they are temporarily occupied. A permanent camp or cabin may qualify as a "dwelling house". now from what i translate from that is only if they live, eat, sleep, etc its is a dwelling.. if its an old shed you are fine.

did you do this to someone on your land eddie? because i will roll over and die laughing if you did
-
why its funnier having them hang only inches from the ground.. its like a tease lol. its because of people like this that all the law abiding gun owners will have to deal with the consequences.

it sounds to me like he doesnt know its your land.. if i was trespassing someones land the last thing i would do would be walk passed them and wave.. id approach him nicely and see whats up

i just bought the flextone double up combo pack with the dying rabbit and coyote howler/ yelp. so the rabbit was easy after watching the how-to videos. the howler not so much. now idk if im doing something wrong but it sounds like a loud bicycle horn. is it supposed to sound like that. ive never used one so im not sure. does anyone know if this call is junk or is that just what the howlers sound like
-
i am wondering the same thing.. i understand your young kids but what about a 21 year old.. he will not be pushing deer, using calls, holding gun, ammo. nothing. anyone know the rule?

just got a rossi single shot 12gauge shotgun. my first gun. going to pick up some ammo and hopefully be able to get out and shoot it today. has anyone heard anything good.. or bad, about these guns? what sold me onit was that it was cheap and is light so i wont mind carrying it around on hunts
-
i wouldnt rule out the yotes pushing or eating everything from the area, if there are enough of them. sounds like you should do some coyote exterminating

never said it was good for hunting at 75 yards.. just said i shot it at 75 yards. id think it has killing power up to 40-50 yards. he uses it for hunting with the gamo pbs raptor ammo. -

i must have dreamt shooting it then. damn i gotta stop doing that.. after 10 shots i had a 5 inch grouping.. with the exception of one shot the was high right about a foot.. early as long as its sighted properly then you should have no problem hitting a target at even 100 yards -
