  1. do you have a camera on the plot? Just curious if it was deer, rabbit or groundhogs etc...?
  2. How does the land owner feel about them tresspassing? Is he going to call the dec?

  4. When I was a kid I explored every woods I could. Didn't understand posted or non posted land. It was a big adventure!
  5. Eddie, first let me say I'm a land owner and nothing pisses me off more than tresspassers. What does your Posted sign say? Some posted signs lack the language of what's not permitted on the land.

  10. with the price of corn and soybeans, farmers are looking for land and packing as much as they can in an acre.
  11. They start chopping beginning of November by me.
  12. white, the deer density is under control at my place. I have the ability to grow soybeans on their own and like to maximize my tonage so I don't. I have seen people plant them together with good results. I would love to see your pictures.
  13. Just checked the two week weather forecast and I looks like a decent amount of rain is coming in around the 15th. I will be planting 2-3 acres of brassica/rape. I will be discing in 60 lbs of Urea. Brassica loves Nitrogen!
  14. Probably planted it May 1st-15th. The corn that got planted in that time frame is also 2 feet by my property.

  16. WNY, what model covert is that? Do you have any night time pictures? How is the battery life? I'm thinking of getting one or the Moultrie m80. Great pictures!
  17. Here is a picture of some of my corn and soybean plots. They were planted Memorial day weekend and only had two rains since. The pictures were taken after the second rain, which was this past friday. growth is a little on the slow side due to lack of rain. I will add updates in August.
  18. Dave, do you normally plant brassica that early?
