I shoot 100 grain. razor has better penetration. I blew through one shoulder at 30 yards with the razor complete pass through quartering away shot. For me I just like cut on impact heads over chisel tip.
The bigger issue is the legal hunting age. I took my nephew to Ohio to hunt deer this past year. He was 10yrs old. NY needs to lower the legal hunting age to 10. Also, his hunting licesnce only cost $10 dollars!
for my new planted apples I put window screen about 1 1/2 feet at the base, crushed stone around the tree and 5 foot high galvanized fence aroung the tree. Never had a problem. Good luck!
It's not a recent thing. G5 in Michigan makes the riser and cams since 2009. Also, they are made in Wawa washington too. Unless this has all changed recently?
Griz, brassica and rape is a great late season draw. It will also help build up the organic matter in soil. Winter rye(cereal rye) is also a good draw. It will grow on anything, good weed suppressor and will be the first to green up in spring.
Ask the farmer to prep the area and plant brassica / rape in one plot and winter rye or oats in another. Brassica plant mid July and oats / wr last week of august.
