  1. Well done!! For all the hunting I've done, lots of things have died. The least of it was grouse I've killed a GRAND total of ONE. Probably 20 years ago, took my yellow Lab Krista. Hunted Arcade, NY and had a great day. I batted 100% Broke the forend on my Ithaca Model 37 20ga and spent 5 years looking for a replacement. Just never spent too much time persuing the bird. Good job!
  2. Might want to lock this thread........................................<grin>
  3. Yes, but I would need DNA to confirm.
  4. Not unusual to see them still carrying in mid March. Good luck!!
  5. Still for sale................................................
  6. Still no spell check. It works fine on other internet forum sites............HELP!

Fletch.....Very nice blades! I really like the top one, looks to be a bit smaller than the bottom one?
  8. Stash the powder in the most stable, dry (year round) area you have. It's not dangerous. I keep mine with my cereal, flour and sugar. <grin>
  9. Here is a kit you can grab from your local Bass Pro Shop......... http://www.basspro.com/RCBS-reg-Rock-Chucker-153-Supreme-Master-Reloading-Kit/product/10200311/59991 I'd chuck the RCBS primer tool and grab a new Lee. You'll be dangerous with this kit........<grin> Have fun!!
  10. You have already got some great tips from the guys here. RCBS is a no-brainer for a kit. Although, Redding is a NYS company and they are a bunch of great people to deal with. Can't go wrong with either. I really enjoy reloading and shooting fodder I rolled myself. Welcome to a great hobby!
  11. I haven't done it for YEARS! Probably been 20 or so years but it was a blast! Hunting up the ones that slipped through was great also. We did ducks and pheasents when we did it. You talking ringnecks? I'd love to do it again.
  12. You really can't fix stupid. Sad deal for the kids family....
  13. Although I enjoy doing a "test" like we talked about at the start of this, I guess this link puts it all to bed?? erussell and his magic fingers comes to the rescue!!
  14. Might as well Google it or even better hit YouTube.
  15. pryz366.......Make sure you let us know the results of the shoot off. Good luck to your pal.
  16. I use electrical tape also. Rifle, shotgun & ML.
  17. New Price................................$375 local. THanks......................
  18. I've seen them chowing in a two day old gut pile before also. Crazy..........!!
  19. WWW? Why don't you just go and shoot your Blaser and stay out of this. BTW.....I need a GOOD finish carpenter to install a railing/spindles in my house, you coming to town??
  20. Wow. The easy (nice) answer would be to have your bud take his blind to the range and set up a target at 100, 200 or whatever and see how it does COMPARED to his usual 100 200 yard groups.
  21. Does anybody here have an FFL and do handgun transfers in state or out of state? If not, who do you use? Not looking for the Gun Center, Johnsons etc for this. I'd like to do it as resonable as possible. Thanks.............
  22. You sound like my wife. Point taken...............
